Not Bad
I agree with the others who commented that it moves fast. When you hit the start button youve got about 2 seconds to get into position. The pace of the routine is quick - it takes getting used to but after a couple of minutes isnt bad. Wish the workout was longer. I think the beginner routine is about 10 minutes.
The focus on position and breathing is great. Other yoga programs are essentially a deck of poses. The animation is smooth and the model looks human enough….overall Id buy it again.
